I invented a word. The word is: Fambush.
What does it mean? It's when family members "surprise" you by stopping over for a visit with no advance notice. IE: "You got Fambushed"

| Fambushes likely occurr at inconvenient times,such as; dinnertime, while about to go to the bathroom, while watching TV, reading, or meditating Fambushes can also take the form of telephone calls at inopportune times, such as getting the kids ready for bed, while about to fall asleep, or very late at night. Fambushes generally last between 45 and 120 minutes, however some fambushes have been known to last "all night", resulting in family-slumber party. Fambush is different than Friendbush, since friendbushes are generally accompanied by beer, tickets to the game, or the return of something loaned or borrowed. |
